MCT Oil “Power”
MCT Oils have become popular among the media due to their health contributions to the Keto Diet.
However, Keto Diet or not, MCT oils are a great source of healthy fats, which can help improve sports performance, cognitive ability, weight management, gut and heart health.

To make this delicious smoothie, you’ll only need a few ingredients.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 ½ cup (350 ml) full-fat coconut milk
2 cups (110 grams) frozen strawberries
1.5 tbsp Peach Mango MCT oil
1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey or your choice of sweetener (stevia, agave nectar)
1 tsp of coconut chip flakes (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend on “blend” setting. Pour, and enjoy! Garnish with coconut flakes, and top with a strawberry if you’re looking to spruce up your beverage!
